When the arms hang straight along the body, the handles should be level with the wrists. When you grab the handles, the arms are slightly bent. This way you can support yourself well on the rollator. Stay between the handles and with your body close to the walker while walking. Try to walk as straight as possible. Do not hang bags on the handles, but use your basket for this. This prevents the rollator from becoming unbalanced. Always apply the brakes by pushing them all the way down when you stop or stop using the rollator. Leave the brakes on until you start moving.
